Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br /> community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br /> commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Provide written notification to ust(a-).sigov.org for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br /> notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br /> a. Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment <br /> sumps (UDCs). Any potential leaks from piping and fuel filters must drain directly into <br /> UDCs. <br /> b. Visual inspection of the piping within the dispensers for possible leaks <br /> c. Monitoring system functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system, including all <br /> sensors, must be verified to ensure monitoring has been restored to meet the <br /> requirements of CCR Title 23 and California Health & Safety Code (HSC) Chapter 6.7. <br /> If a cold start of the monitoring panel is performed, a copy of the alarm history shall be <br /> printed prior to performing the cold start, and made available at the time of EHD <br /> inspection. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> 1868 E.
