Place all 10 pounds of the all-purpose flour into a mixer bowl. Along with the flour, place 2 <br />teaspoons of baking soda, 2 % cups of granulated sugar, 4 pinches of salt, % galloon of whole milk <br />and lukewarm water. Mix them all together thoroughly until it turns into a cake batter. Set aside. <br />2. Prepare frying pan with 1-11/2 galloon of canola oil. Let it heat up until hot. Scoop half a cup of <br />the bun batter and place it into the pan. Fry until golden brown all around. <br />3. Bring it out and serve.
