During the inspection, the facility was observed to be clean, and all hazardous materials/waste was <br />removed. Mr. Medows produced disposal records for the removal of the waste from the facility. According to Mr. <br />Medows' records, the last disposal of waste occurred on 10/7/24 and the business ceased operation in December of <br />2025. A new business has yet to move into the facility. No violations were observed, and business will be inactivated <br />from the department's hazardous waste program. No follow-up is required. <br />1868 E.
