SAN aOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Greatness grows here. <br /> CP26 - UST FULL Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> 76 EXPRESS TIGER NO 1 15777 S FRENCH CAMP RD STOCKTON JanuarV 6 2026 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 23 CCR 16 2613(a)(6) and (b), 2650(a), (d), and (e) 2011013 - Facility has submitted a complete and accurate UST <br /> Response Plan <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator failed to submit a complete and accurate UST Response Plan. <br /> -The emergency contact information of persons responsible were missing. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a complete and accurate UST Response Plan into CERS. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 34 23 CCR 16 2631(a), (f)-0) 2031017 - DO inspections completed at least every 30 days and meet all requirements (TCR <br /> 12) <br /> OBSERVATION: Facility did not comply with one or more of the following DO inspection requirements: Check that all <br /> testing and maintenance has been completed and documented. <br /> -The Secondary Containment Testing date of 4/22/25 was blank on the reports. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that facility is complying with all DO inspection requirements noted above. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br /> UST <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, intregrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by February 5, 2026. <br /> This report was reviewed with Balbir Singh, Manager, on the day of inspection. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
