Prospective tenants are <br /> currently being shown the property, and several have expressed potential interest in keeping and <br /> reusing this equipment, as has occurred in the past. For this reason, we request to maintain the <br /> e-materials on site while tenant evaluation and leasing discussions continue. <br /> We confirm that the equipment will remain secure and undisturbed until a final determination is made. <br /> Once a new facility operator is selected,we will document whether the equipment will be reused or, if <br /> not retained,will ensure proper disposal through a certified e-waste recycler and provide disposal <br /> records as required. <br /> Please let us know if anyfurther documentation or clarification is needed at this time. <br /> Thanks in advance, <br /> Best regards, <br /> Anna <br /> i <br />
