Therefore, I intend to treat it as waste and arrange for its proper disposal in full compliance with <br /> applicable local, state, and federal laws. <br /> Disposition Plan and Timing <br /> I will transport and deliver the a-waste to an authorized a-waste/ hazardous waste disposal facility in San Joaquin County <br /> —likely the San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Facility located at 7850 R.A. Bridgeford Street, <br /> Stockton, CA, which accepts electronic waste. <br /> Documentation and Recordkeeping <br /> I will retain all disposal records, manifests, receipts, or certificates from the recycling/processing facility. <br /> Please confirm whether the proposed facility(HHW Stockton)or alternative recycler is acceptable. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
