The Facility is requesting a renewal of <br />their CAR certificate. <br />The Facility previously operated as a self-service auto dismantling operation where customers <br />paid for used car parts from a selection of salvage cars known as end -of -life vehicles (ELVs). As <br />of June 2016, the site closed operations to the public. The site is generally vacant and secured <br />behind locked fences. Extra equipment may be stored at the facility; however it has been <br />decommissioned and cleaned prior to storing. Equipment may consist of vehicle crusher, tanks, <br />etc. <br />As part of this renewal application for the Facility, a planned description of the Facility's ability <br />to properly remove and manage MRSH is provided below.
