The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br /> addressed for SHERIFFS OPERATIONS CTR#2 as of January 16, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection <br /> OBSERVATION:Annual spill bucket testing was performed on 11/12/2024 and a test report was submitted on <br /> 11/3/2025, 356 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Take all necessary precautions to ensure testing and submittal of test reports are performed <br /> in a timely manner. <br /> OBSERVATION:A monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 11/12/2024 and <br /> submitted 11/3/2025, 356 days late. The Service Technician,Zane Nemo listed on the report did not have the <br /> appropriate certification to perform the test.
