The correct due date for Overfill Prevention Equipment <br /> testing is 3/31/2027. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that facility is complying with all DO inspection requirements noted above. Submit copy <br /> of compliant DO inspection record. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br /> UST <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, intregrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br /> OBSERVATION: An inspection was last done on 2/7/25 and an inspection report was issued identifying information to be <br /> submitted to bring this site into compliance. This information was required to be submitted by 3/9/25. This information has <br /> not been received resulting in a non-compliant status for this facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Ensure that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or proposed is submitted <br /> within 30 days (for minor violations)or 60 days (for all other violations)of receiving an inspection report. <br /> This is a Repeat (Class II)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> by March 8, 2026, for minor violations or April 7, 2026, for all other violations. <br /> The new UST 2026 regulations were discussed with Miguel Hermosillo, Manager, and a link to the latest UST <br /> regulations was emailed to uscsi2223@chevronstores.com and permitdesk@chevron.com. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
