The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been addressed for Platinum Gas & Market#3 as of January 15, 2026. Open violations from August 05, 2025 inspection Violation#10-2030074-Annual Monitoring System Certification Form to the CUPA within 30 days of completion of the test. OBSERVATION:Annual monitoring system certification and leak detector testing was performed on 8/21/2024 and a test report was submitted on 4/8/2025, 200 days late. REGULATION GUIDANCE:A copy of the test report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests.
