The following is an itemized list of CP22 - UST FULL violations that have not been <br />addressed for Harney Lane 76 as of January 15, 2026. <br />Open violations from July 17, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #69 - 2030033 - A current UST monitoring plan has been submitted and is readily accessible at the <br />facility. <br />OBSERVATION: An approved copy of the monitoring plans were not available for inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A copy of these plans shall be accessible on site at all times . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and retain a copy on site. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #70 - 2030037 - Facility has a current written owner/operator agreement. <br />OBSERVATION: The annual operating permit is not issued to the current operator and there is no written agreement <br />between the person who was issued the permit and the operator to monitor the UST system . <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: If a permit is issued to a person other than the operator of the tank, that person shall enter <br />into a written agreement with the operator of the tank to monitor the UST system . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately upload the written agreement to the California Environmental Reporting System <br />(CERS) and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 7 of 7
