This must be within a time consistent with the ability of the secondary <br /> containment to contain the hazardous substance but must not exceed 30 days. The response plan must include, but is <br /> not limited to, the following:(1)A description of the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and <br /> properly disposing of any hazardous substances, including the location and availability of the required equipment if not <br /> permanently on site, and an equipment maintenance schedule for the equipment located on site.(2) For methods of <br /> monitoring where the presence of the hazardous substance in the interstitial space cannot be determined directly, for <br /> example, where liquid level measurements are used as the basis for determination, the response plan must specify the <br /> proposed method(s)for determining the presence or absence of the hazardous substance if the indirect method indicates <br /> a possible unauthorized release of hazardous substance.(3)The name(s), title(s)and emergency contact information of <br /> the person(s) responsible for authorizing any work necessary under the response plan or, if applicable, identify that there <br /> is a continuously staffed emergency operations center authorized to coordinate such a response and provide a 24-hour <br /> phone number for that center. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a complete and accurate UST Response Plan. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 40 23 CCR 16 2613(e) 2011002 - Installation, repair, lining, integrity, calibration, and release records maintained for life of <br /> UST <br /> OBSERVATION: Records of installation, repairs, linings, integrity certification, tank calibration charts, and/or <br /> unauthorized release reports were not kept onsite, or offsite if approved by the UPA, for the life of the UST. -The <br /> following were not available for review at the time of inspection: installation test results and manufacturer checklists. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (e) The following records must be maintained by the owner or operator on site, or off site at <br /> a readily accessible location if approved by the Unified Program Agency, for the life of the underground storage tank <br /> system: (1) Installation records including, but not limited to: (A) Installation test results; (B) Manufacturer checklists and <br /> manuals; and (C)As-built drawings. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> EHD-CUPA Inspection Report IS03 Page 4 of 5 FA0008044 PR0508352 4597099 1/8/2026 <br /> CP26-U aST FULL g <br /> 1868 E.
