Please confirm that it was received. The permit was updated to 2254 - <br />RCRA GEN 500<1000 TONS. This does not mean that Tesla produces that much RCRA waste, rather, that they <br />produce that much total HW and are a RCRA large. <br /> <br />Please provide a response within 30 days. We can also have a call to discuss the violations. I understand that <br />additional information and details were provided after the inspection.
