The <br /> proposed system is estimating to generate up to 3.75 megawatts (MW) of alternating current with a power station. The <br /> power station includes a (1) MV transformer, (1) DAS, and (1)weather station. The project area is a total of 16.51 acres. <br /> The project proposes interconnection with PG&E services and sold to PG&E through a long-term Power Purchase <br /> Agreement (PPA). Single-axis tracking technology will be utilized to allow the modules to efficiently track the sun <br /> throughout the day and maximize the efficiency of solar collection.The modules will be mounted on a steel racking system, <br /> which will be anchored into the ground using driven steel piers. The overall height of the array is not expected to be more <br /> than 15-feet tall above ground surface at maximum tilt. The parcel has direct access to Jack Tone Road. The project <br /> proposes a new road access to the property. The site is serviced by on site well and septic systems. Storm water is <br /> absorbed naturally. Existing structures on site are part of this project. The parcel is not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum) and the General Plan designation is A/G (General <br /> Agriculture). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located on the west side of Jack Tone Road, 750 feet north of Harney Lane in <br /> Lodi.
