Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is Minor}Violation. <br /> 51 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030034-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION.The following emergency equipment need to be maintained.- <br /> Fire <br /> aintained:Fire extinguishers throughout the facility <br /> Defibrillators are expired <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment,and decontamination equipment,where required,shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguisher and defibrillators into proper working order by repair, replacement or <br /> testing.
