Please <br />provide the following additional information and address the following comments: <br />1. Provide the missing page 5 and page 6 of the application <br />2. Page 4 of 6 of the application, provide piping hauler registration # and provide an active EPA ID#. <br />a. Provide EPA ID# Vasco Road Landfill. Clarify if the piping will be hauled off as hazardous waste. <br />3. Clarify if previous overfill prevention valve will be replaced with the new overfill prevention valve <br />4. Will there be new overfill alarm, audible/visual added? What will be the main overfill prevention? <br />5. Clarify if the spill containers will be replaced with new spill containers <br />6. Provide manufacturer and model number for the following: <br />a. Overfill prevention valves <br />b. Spill containers <br />c. Veeder Root Leak detector <br />d. Transition sumps <br />e. Piping <br />f. Submersible pump <br />g. STP, FILL sumps <br />h. STP, fill, UDCs sensors <br />i. Annular sensors <br />j. Flex Connectors <br />k. UDCs <br />7. There are two Manhole covers, clarify which one will be used. <br />8. Is the larger sumps compatible with the existing system? Provide CSI statement. <br />9. Clarify whether this facility will be transitioning into a VPH site. Cutsheets for vacuum sensors were <br />provided. <br />10. Clarify if new tank straps and additional deadmen will be placed into the pit with the existing tank.
