The inspector will <br /> provide a complete report to the facility operator within the next few weeks. <br /> NOTE: A complete inspection report will be provided once the new owner of the facility has gained access to the <br /> CERS ID: 10182569 and the items currently on site are listed in the inventory. <br /> Edward Niemann reached out to EHD for a closure inspection to be conducted, the business has not been operating <br /> the past few months and is now under new ownership. <br /> Edward Niemann stated that a new owner has taken over the facility and will be moving in soon. He stated that the <br /> empty tanks listed below will be utilized by the new owner and they will take responsibility. <br /> At the time of inspection the following tanks were observed: <br /> - 100 gallon tank that was previously filled with Antifreeze <br /> - 280 gallon tank that was previously filled with New Oil <br /> - 220 gallon tank previously filled with Used Oil <br /> --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> A complete report was finished on 9/18/2025 and replaces the initial checklist. The checklist was amended on <br /> 9/18/2025, to include the current environmental contact Amarjit Rai. <br /> Based on the CERS submittal made on 9/16/2025, new owner "Rai Khalid Grewal Inc" has taken over the facility <br /> and Edward Niemann is no longer the owner. All tanks observed during inspection are included in the inventory. <br /> No violations noted at this time. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
