The inspector will <br /> provide a complete report to the facility operator within the next few weeks. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br /> within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> NOTE: A complete inspection report will be provided once the new owner of the facility has gained access to the <br /> CERS ID: 10182569 and the items currently on site are listed in the inventory. <br /> Edward Niemann reached out to EHD for a closure inspection to be conducted, the business has not been operating <br /> the past few months and is now under new ownership. <br /> Edward Niemann stated that a new owner has taken over the facility and will be moving in soon.
