The activated carbon vent canisters will either be tested for <br />hazardous waste characteristics or disposed of as hazardous waste with store absorbent materials. <br />As a Universal Waste Handler, Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO), d.b.a. Firestone Complete Auto Care #028746 located at 720 E <br />Hammer Ln, Stockton, CA 95210-2736 is submitting this notification of processing aerosol cans by puncturing device per California <br />Health & Safety Code § 25201.16 (j)(l). <br />mm 28 2025 <br />BSRO affirms that it has met the requirements of HSC § 25201.16 (f) and (h) including: <br />• HSC § 25201.16 (f)(2) - the treatment process is in a location with sufficient ventilation <br />• HSC § 25201.16 (f)(3)(A) - the treatment process has been placed on a floor that is free of cracks or gaps and is sufficiently <br />impervious and bermed to contain leaks and spills (the drum is on a concrete floor on a secondary containment pallet) <br />• HSC § 25201.16 (h)(4) -written operating procedures have been developed (Available upon request) <br />• HSC § 25201.16 (h)(8) -a training program has been developed (Available upon request)
