A store walkthrough was completed with Falling Prices <br /> Director of Corporate Compliance, Tammy Sibbitt. The store has been closed since September 2025. The store room <br /> and all stock rooms, employee areas, and restrooms were observed to be empty. Falling Prices Staff Accountant, <br /> Jasmine Mann, provided documentation verifying that the store's assigned dumpster was emptied and removed from <br /> site September 26, 2025. Falling Prices Director of Corporate Compliance, Tammy Sibbitt, provided a signed copy of <br /> the store's final disposal records during the inspection. No hazardous materials remain on site. <br /> The facility's Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) permit will be inactivated with EHD. If anything changes <br /> and the facility begins storing reportable quantities of hazardous materials again, please contact our office and make <br /> a CERS submittal within 30 days. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
