A store walkthrough was completed with Falling Prices Director of Corporate Compliance, Tammy Sibbitt. The store has been closed since September 2025. The store room and all stock rooms, employee areas, and restrooms were observed to be empty. Falling Prices Staff Accountant, Jasmine Mann, provided documentation verifying that the store's assigned dumpster was emptied and removed from site September 26, 2025. Falling Prices Director of Corporate Compliance, Tammy Sibbitt, provided a signed copy of the store's final disposal records during the inspection. No hazardous materials remain on site. The facility's Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) permit will be inactivated with EHD. If anything changes and the facility begins storing reportable quantities of hazardous materials again, please contact our office and make a CERS submittal within 30 days. To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of having them sign. Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179). To schedule an appointment, please call (209) 468-3420. AFTER THE COMPLIANCE DATE, EHD WILL BILL FOR ALL TIME AND ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH BRINGING THIS FACILITY BACK INTO COMPLIANCE.
