Attached is an email from Tanknology to your office from 7/8/24 with last year’s AMC report. <br />Could you please rescind this violation? <br />13. Same as #10. Could you please rescind this violation? <br />55. All DO reports in UST compliance binder. Please see attached email from Belshire DO confirming. <br />59. DO confirmed 2022 annual MC results in binder. Now that 36 months have past these results will <br />be removed from the binder. <br />67. Permit fees were paid in June (check attached), but we haven’t received our permit renewal yet. <br />Once received from your office, the permit will be placed in the UST compliance binder. <br />Waste <br />48. Contingency plan attached and in site’s UST compliance binder. <br />51.
