Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.The documentation must include a list of training topics, date <br /> of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee signed (or <br /> certified)record that documents the training. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 9 CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a)3010010- Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br /> during the inspection. <br /> The following Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests were missing: <br /> - Manifest Number 030062818WAS with shipment date 12/20/2022 <br /> - Manifest Number 030065341 WAS with shipment date 7/18/2023 <br /> - Manifest Number 030066931 WAS with shipment date 11/7/2022 <br /> - Manifest Number 030070475WAS with shipment date 8/23/2023 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the missing manifests listed above. Provide these <br /> records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 11 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2(c)(2)3010013-All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br /> transported from the site in the past three years.
