The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for FLAG CITY TRUCK SERVICE as of August 07, 2025. <br /> Open violations from June 19, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#26-3030012-Disposed of hazardous waste within 90 days of accumulation start date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br /> -(2)black 5 gallon plastic containers containing used oil under the metal filter crusher <br /> -A 55 gallon drum of used metal oil filters was found with a pool of used oil, mixed with air filters and various other <br /> items.This container was located outside of the building near the entrance for trucks to be serviced. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: (a)a generator may accumulate hazardous waste on-site for 90 days or less (b)The <br /> beginning of the 90 day period is determined as follows: (1)if the generator does not generate more than 100 <br /> kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste(listed in section 66261.33(e))or one <br /> kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month,the 90 day period begins on the date the generator <br /> has accumulated 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of <br /> extremely hazardous waste; (2)if the generator generates more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste or one <br /> kilogram of acutely hazardous waste or one kilogram of extremely hazardous waste during any calendar month,the <br /> 90-day period begins on the first date on which any amount of hazardous waste begins to accumulate during that <br /> month. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in <br /> compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
