A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> CQLJIVTY AMENDED <br /> 5/1/2025 <br /> CP22 - HW SQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> MAIN STREET CHEVRON 336 E MAIN ST, RIPON Aril 22 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the fire extinguisher into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 53 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: Observed a large stain in front pump#1-2 and#7-8 due to a leaking connection on the diesel handle <br /> that was not cleaned up. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the stains. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of <br /> Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on May 1, 2025 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> NOTE: Two black 55 gallons drums were observed to be emptied without labels located in the AST berm.
