He added the <br /> hazardous properties to the labels, no further action needed. <br /> - Immediately label the 5 gallon white bucket with crushed metal filters, as required for hazardous waste. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 26 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030017-Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION:The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> -A white 5 gallon bucket with no lid nearby,was half way full of crushed metal filters,there was a visible pool of black <br /> oil at the bottom of the bucket. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection 5/9/2025. <br /> A complete report was finished on 5/15/2025 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br /> AMENDMENTS made to Checklist: <br /> - REMOVED Violation #1 <br /> -Violation #23 was edited to show as a "Repeat" <br /> -ADDED Violation#26 <br /> FA0020768 PR0540395 SCO01 05/09/2025 <br /> EHD Rev.12/06/2021 Page 6 of 7 CP22-HW SQG OIR <br /> 1868 E.
