He added the <br /> hazardous properties to the labels, no further action needed. <br /> - Immediately label the 5 gallon white bucket with crushed metal filters, as required for hazardous waste. Provide a <br /> corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 26 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030017-Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or <br /> removing waste. <br /> OBSERVATION:The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br /> -A white 5 gallon bucket with no lid nearby,was half way full of crushed metal filters,there was a visible pool of black <br /> oil at the bottom of the bucket. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage, <br /> except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br /> when not adding or removing waste.
