The inspector will provide a complete report <br />to the facility operator within the next few weeks. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork, <br />within 30 days of receiving the complete inspection report. <br />NOTE: Gary Dobler reached out to EHD for a closure inspection due to facility owner no longer operating at this <br />location. At time of inspection, the following were found on site: <br />- Approximately 300 gallon white tank of used oil <br />- 2 Blue 55 gallon drums of "Ramos Fleet Tractor Hydraulic Fluid" <br />- 55 gallon black drum of motor oil <br />- 1,000 gallon above ground storage tank of Diesel Fuel No. 2 <br />Dobler stated that a new business is now operating at facility. He was informed that until new business gains access <br />to CERS ID: 10509637 the owner listed on the account will remain unchanged. Additionally, a full inspection report <br />cannot be provided until new owner has access to the CERS account. <br />1868 E.
