A dOAQU1N Environmental Health Department <br /> CQLJIVTY AMENDED <br /> 8/15/2025 <br /> CP22 - HW LQG Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> SPEEDCO#944 1515 HOFF DR, RIPON June 10 2025 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 5 CA Code of Regulations 66265.16 3020002-Facility personnel are trained annually and maintain required <br /> documentation until closure. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not produce documentation during the inspection that demonstrates <br /> employees have complete hazardous waste training as specified in this section. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: New employees shall be trained within 180 days of hire and annually thereafter as <br /> specified in Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.16. The owner or operator shall maintain training <br /> records on current personnel until closure of the facility and training records on former employees for at least three <br /> years from the date the employee last worked at the facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately train all employees who work with hazardous waste in compliance within the <br /> time frames and training materials required by this section. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training topics, <br /> date of training,job title, name of employee,written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee signed <br /> (or certified)record that documents the training. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 9 CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a)3010010- Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br /> OBSERVATION: Designated facility signed and dated copies of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifests (UHWM)were <br /> not found on-site. The missing manifests are: <br /> -030041388WAS, 5/5/2022 <br /> -015016624FLE, 5/25/2022 <br /> -030068435WAS, 8/8/2022 <br /> -030066904WAS, 10/28/2022 <br /> -030066949WAS, 11/16/2022 <br /> -030069972WAS, 11/29/2022 <br /> -008749911 SKS, 1/23/2023 <br /> -009131792SKS, 2/5/2024 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit an exception report to the <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 45 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br /> copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping.
