REPORTING AND SCHEDULE <br /> Pending CVRWQCB approval of the above scope of work and obtaining required permits, field <br /> implementation of off-Site investigation can commence within six weeks following approval of the Work <br /> Plan. The investigation is anticipated to be completed within one week. Indoor air and sub-slab sampling <br /> events in occupied suites must be coordinated with the occupying business' operations and property owner. <br /> The work will be scheduled during the summer months of 2025 or 2026,pending Work Plan approval and <br /> access. <br /> Following receipt of the laboratory analytical reports and validation of the data, Geosyntec will transmit <br /> the results to the CVRWQCB in the Site Investigation Report (Report). At minimum, this Report will <br /> include: <br /> • A summary of the field activities and sampling procedures implemented; <br /> • Summary of and rationale for deviations from the Work Plan,if any; <br /> • Discussion of the sample results and appended laboratory analytical reports; <br /> • Comparison of analytical results to applicable screening levels for a commercial/industrial land <br /> use scenario; <br /> • QA/QC procedures that were implemented for field and laboratory work; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> The Report will be submitted to the CVRWQCB within 60 days of receipt of analytical data. <br /> 12 September 2025 <br />
