Not everyone in the Excel list handles hazardous waste. I am in the process of sending a memo <br /> to the remaining staff so that they complete the "Disposal of Regulated Waste Generated by Heath Care <br /> Staff"; that's the Excel list I sent you. <br /> #5.- 1 didn't include the 2022 manifest because I thought only 3 years'worth of manifest starting with this <br /> year. I am sorry about that. I confirm that those manifest you sent me are for CHCF. <br /> #6.- 1 confirm that the 2022 manifest are for CHCF. In the future, I will submit all manifests listed in the <br /> inspection report. <br /> #21.-The manifest 017233193FLE shipped 4/24/25 does includes the 55-gallon drum containing used <br /> oil. <br /> #11. 1 will get the records to fix this violation and send it to you ASAP. <br /> I have been working really hard to get CHCF in compliance with all San Juaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department Regulations.
