Facility registers and appliances (microwave in the breakroom, <br /> refrigerators in the break room and pharmacy) were observed remaining on site. Manteca Store Manager Juan stated <br /> that liquidators are coming to remove everything but was unable to provide a date. No other hazardous materials or <br /> hazardous waste was observed on site. <br /> No violations noted at this time. The facility's final hazardous waste disposal records were provided by Jennifer <br /> Hobson, Senior Compliance Manager. <br /> The facility's hazardous waste permit will be inactivated with EHD. If you resume operations and begin generating <br /> hazardous waste please contact our office to reactivate your permit and make a CERS submittal. <br /> To minimize person to person contact, EHD is choosing to write the name of the person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($179).
