Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 29 CA Code of Regulations 66261.7 3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following empty containers were observed during the inspection that are not marked and not <br /> managed: <br /> -Twenty-three 55 gallon blue poly drums observed throughout the boneyard <br /> - Four white 55 gallon poly drums observed throughout the boneyard <br /> -Six red, metal 55 gallon drums observed throughout the boneyard <br /> - Multiple 275 gallon white totes were observed throughout the boneyard <br /> -One 500 gallon tank observed next to a pump in the field was observed without labels.This tank was corrected on <br /> site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is(Minor)Violation. <br /> 38 CA Code of Regulations 66266.130 3030004- Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site.
