LOAD-IN & STAGING INFORMATION Follow the arrows on the next page map to see the flow of traffic to your booth spot. Once you find your spot - please unload and move your car BEFORE you start setup. There is free parking in the parking garage on Sac & Elm. You can also park on any street outside of the barricades for free after 4pm. Please follow these steps EACH MARKET night to ensure you get into your space quickly as possible: • Identify your staging location (either A or B, given to you with space #) as SMART & FINAL on Lodi Ave or corner of ELM ST. & MAIN ST. • Arrive to your appropriate staging location no later than 3:55pm. If you arrive late you may be asked to park and hand carry your supplies in. • Upon arrival make sure you check-in with the staff member to get your nightly entrance pass. If you attempt to enter a barricade without a pass, you will be sent back to staging. • Once you have been released from your staging area by the staff member, follow the directions below to your assigned space. Unload quickly and park outside the market barricades (farmers with more than one booth space may leave vehicles on-site.) • FOOD VENDORS: You may need to adjust your entrance direction based on your booth space and selling window side of vehicle. After unloading, proceed N on School St. and exit the East or West barricade on Pine St. Smart & Final East Parking Lot 215 E. Lodi Ave @ Washington Staging: We utilize a check-in process called "staging" to effectively allow all vendors into their assigned spaces in a timely manner. We have a small window of time for setup due to our market being on an active street. We work with the Lodi Police Department to clear the streets from any parked cars by posting no parking signs 24 hours in advance, walking around each business finding parked car owners and having the police drive up and down the street with their siren alerts, all before 4pm. Sometimes we are stuck with a car that must be towed before we can release vendors from our staging areas. This is the LPDs call and they must release the street before we can release you.
