Purpose <br /> This Spill & Slug Control Plan(the Plan) was developed to comply with the requirements <br /> of the Wastewater Discharge Permit and City of Stockton, as well as all other applicable <br /> federal and state requirements pertaining to emergency preparedness and Cintas policies. <br /> This Plan is also intended to fulfill the requirements of 40 CFR 403.8.f.2.v. <br /> Slug discharge is any discharge of a non-routine effluent character for a short duration, <br /> but not limited to an accidental spill or non-customary batch discharge. <br /> Plan Availability <br /> A copy of this Plan will be available in the Plant Manager's office and posted outside of <br /> the PM office. <br /> Management Approval <br /> This Plan will be implemented as herein described and the Emergency Coordinators <br /> listed in this plan have the authority to commit Cintas resources as may be required to <br /> protect public health and safety and/or the environment. <br /> Emergency Coordinators <br /> One of the designated Emergency Coordinators (ECs) individuals shall be on site or on <br /> call at all times in order to coordinate all emergency response measures.
