Local Fire Department <br /> When there is a danger of fire, explosion or toxic materials being discharged onto land, <br /> into air, or water that would threaten human life, the Fire Department should be called. <br /> Training <br /> The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring that the following individuals are <br /> fully aware in the requirements of this plan: <br /> • Designated Emergency Coordinators <br /> • All maintenance partners <br /> • All wastewater system operators <br /> • All partners who receive, handle, transfer, or otherwise use liquid chemicals <br /> • Shift supervisors <br /> All other partners at the Facility should receive general spill awareness training which <br /> covers basic internal notifications and safety precautions. <br /> All spill response-related training should be documented. <br />
