SANsJOAQUIN Environmental Health Department <br /> COUNTY— <br /> Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CINTAS 11877 Industrial DR, Stockton July 08, 2025 <br /> 21 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d) 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start <br /> date <br /> OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste container was found on-site with an accumulation start date of greater <br /> than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum of used oil with a Used Oil label and no accumulation start date. Maintenance Supervisor Daniel <br /> stated the most recent disposal records for used oil are dated in 2022. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in compliance <br /> with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the disposal records to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 23 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(f) 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste <br /> OBSERVATION: A hazardous waste container was observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The container was: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum of used oil with a Used Oil label missing the generator's name and address and the initial <br /> accumulation start date. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the container as required for hazardous waste.
