The <br /> following records were not found on site: installation test results, manufacturer checklists and manuals, and as-built <br /> drawings. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately locate and maintain these records onsite and submit copies to the UPA within 30 <br /> days. <br /> This is a (Minor)Violation. <br /> 44 23 CCR 16 2643(c) and (d); HSC 6.7 25288 2031031 - Facility has corrected all previously cited violations <br /> OBSERVATION: Owner/Operator did not correct violations cited in the inspection report within 30 days of receiving an <br /> inspection report from either the UPA or special inspector.
