The existing <br /> small winery was permitted under PA-0900200 and is located in the OS/RC (Open <br /> Space and Resource Conservation) designation. The project proposes the <br /> construction of a 304 square foot stucco arch for the entrance of the (E) driveway <br /> connected to East Taddei Road, the addition of a 590 square foot foyer to the (E) <br /> event center, the addition of a 176 square foot glass floor to the (E)wine tasting room, <br /> and the enclosure of the 585 square foot (E) covered area attached to the (E) office <br /> building with windows and sliding doors. Access to the site will be provided by the (E) <br /> driveway from the county-maintained road of East Taddei Road. The project site is <br /> served by private well, septic, and storm drainage.
