I appreciate you taking the time to explain your concerns. I would like to clarify that the Emergency Response and Training Plans comment referenced below has been amended and is now accepted. If you are referring to the UST CERS submittal, please note that these submittals are currently being reviewed in accordance with the updated 2026 Title 23, Division 3, Chapter 16 requirements. I understand that this requirement may differ from what you have experienced in other jurisdictions, and I recognize that this can be frustrating. My responsibility is to review plans based on the codes and regulations as they are currently adopted and enforced by this jurisdiction, and my comments are provided with that framework in mind. For additional context, please refer to Section 2650(d). If there is any additional information, documentation, or guidance that you believe may help clarify or support the proposed design, I would be more than happy to review it.
