The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HMBP violations that have not been addressed for CALIFORNIA FREIGHT as of January 30, 2026. Open violations from November 05, 2025 inspection Violation #4 - 1010008 -Business plan reviewed and electronically certified as complete/accurate on or Wore the due date. OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) annually by the due date, January 15. The 2023, 2024, and 2025 annual CERS submittal were submitted late.
