The show travels with eight 40-foot RV’s. All RVs arc attached to the show generator. The show travels with twelve 53-foot trailers The lighting outside of the tent will be existing parking lot lights. The only additional lighting we will provide will be inside the tent. There are no free-standing signs around the circus. The only signs on the outside of the tents are either painted directly on the sides of the trucks or is the name of the circus in lights on the top of the tent. There are no lights that aluminate the truck signs. Pictures are attached. As public safety is a major concern, Circo Caballero lias six uniformed, unarmed, in-house security officers on-duty during show hours. (Typically no outside security is needed, nor hired.) They sec to it that all city ordinances arc consistently observed, as well as assisting with on-site parking and crowd control. Around the perimeter of the operation are 6-foot by 4-foot free-standing barriers that are linked together. A source of water will be provided to the circus by the venue on which the circus conducts business. The circus has hoses to access the water source. There arc no additional signs, other than what is painted on the side of trucks and the name of the show on top of the tent. The main tent is round with a diameter of 131 feet. It is flame retardant and a certificate is available to you. The tent has four lighted exits, each are ten feet wide. There arc fourteen fire extinguishers in the tent, located at exits on quarter poles and under bleachers, which arc serviced and inspected on a regular basis. Circo Cabellero carries its own porta-potties, one of which is Handicapped Accessible and these are serviced two times each week or more often if necessary. Waste is disposed of via a 40 yard dumpster which is owned by the circus and hauled to local dump area in each city. Concessions Sold: Hot dogs. Cotton Candy, Popcorn, Nachos, Sno Cones, Soda/Watcr. All food is prepared with electricity. As indicated in the attached diagram, concessions arc sold within the entrance tent. Since food is consumed inside the performance tent from people at their seats, there is no need for additional tables and chairs and nothing is stored outside of the tents. A health permit has been obtained by the county and an inspection is expected on opening day. Circo Caballero is completely self-contained. The show is powered by a Whisperwatt Diesel Powered AC Generator that is mounted inside of an enclosed trailer. Model # DCA-70 USI. The Engine is Isuzu FF-4BIT 4 CYL. 4Cyclc.
