David Welch is a California Professional Engineering Geologist, Hydrogeologist, <br /> and Geophysicist. He received a bachelor's degree in geology from the <br /> University of the Pacific and a master's degree in geology from San Jose State <br /> University. He has worked in the engineering geology, environmental, and <br /> geophysical fields since 1990. In addition to environmental and geologic <br /> investigations, Mr. Welch's work experience includes geophysical exploration <br /> and modeling for groundwater, oil, and gas. <br /> Ms. Racco and Mr. Welch founded Live Oak GeoEnvironmental, Inc. in 2009. <br /> LOGE 2548 16 <br />
