Please see original inspection report.All noted waste streams were not <br /> addressed including: <br /> o Rust colored debris and dust inside an open 5-gallon plastic bucket in the tank farm area. <br /> o Drums in the processing room labeled "Lab Waste Water" and "Waste Water" <br /> o Debris observed in a 5-gallon metal container in the warehouse labeled "Used Oil" <br /> • Violation #51 —Closed <br /> I'm still working on reviewing the RTC for the HMBP and APSA inspections.
