Contact the local fire district, the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, and the local <br />community development department for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />1. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval prior to <br />commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br />2. Provide written notification to ustO <br />sigov.orq for the following repairs and testing (a 48-hour <br />notice is required). Please be aware: an inspector may not be present for testing. <br />a. Secondary <br />containment testing on the DSL 1 STP and the piping that runs through the <br />penetration. <br />3. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br />qualifications: <br />a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible valid, <br />current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board (may be <br />issued to the installation company), or a Tank Tester's license issued to the individual <br />by the State Water Board <br />1868 E.
