The missing manifests are: <br /> -025753040JJK; 02/15/2024 <br /> -027728962JJK; 06/29/2025 <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste.This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to <br /> the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest <br /> copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Sandy Bomer,who printed the disposal <br /> records. No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 29 CA Code of Regulations 66261.7 3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION:The following containers/drums were observed to be empty: <br /> -One silver 30 gallon drum observed next to the DEF tank without labels <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 41 CA Code of Regulations 66266.81(b)3030003-Properly manages, stores and labels all damaged lead-acid batteries. <br /> OBSERVATION: Damaged lead acid batteries are stored at this facility and are not stored in compliance with this <br /> section.
