No further action is required to correct this violation. <br /> This is a repeat violation (Class 2) Violation. <br /> 29 CA Code of Regulations 66261.7 3030058-Empty containers>5 gallons properly managed. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following empty containers were observed: <br /> -One 75 gallon yellow drum, three black 55 gallon drums were observed in the <br /> Southwest corner of warehouse 2 <br /> - Four black 55 gallons drums were observed in the north end of the warehouse 2. <br /> - Four red 55 gallons drums were observed in the south end of the tank farms <br /> - Four red 55 gallons drums and five black 55 gallons drums observed in the south end of the tank farms <br /> -Two black 55 gallons drums and one green 55 gallon drum observed in the south end of the tank farms <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br /> must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations(CCR)section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br /> California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br /> one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br /> and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 59 CA Code of Regulations 66273.34 3030008-UWH labeled all universal waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility has not labeled their universal waste(UW)as required by this section.
