Provide a corrective action <br /> statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Minor)Violation. <br /> 51 CA Code of Regulations 66262.34(d)(2)3030034-Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br /> OBSERVATION: During the time of inspection,the eyewash station next to the stair was observed to be not <br /> operatable. The left side was clogged.The eyewash station was corrected on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by Bill Wardell,supervisor. No further action <br /> is required to correct this violation. <br /> OBSERVATION:The secondary containment observed in hazardous material storage area were observed with liquid <br /> inside. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility spill control equipment shall be maintained as necessary to assure its proper <br /> operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the secondary containment into proper working order by removing the liquid in the <br /> secondary containment and placing in the proper waste container. Provide a corrective action statement to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
