Provide proof of training within 30 days to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department (EHD)for employees whose responsibilities include hazardous waste. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 6 CA Code of Regulations 66262.40(a) 3010010- Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records for the past three years <br /> during the inspection. <br /> - Based on DTSC's Hazardous Waste tracking system, the facility has the following waste streams: Diesel and Oily <br /> Solids <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with <br /> section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which <br /> received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br /> accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years from July 22, 2022 to July 22, 2025 <br /> for all hazardous waste including Diesel and Oily Solids. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the <br /> EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> 8 CA Health and Safety Code 25160.2 3010013 -All consolidated manifest requirements are met <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste transported <br /> from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include the following waste streams: <br /> - Used Oil <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br /> period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br /> regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts for the waste stream listed above for the dates July 22, 2022 to <br /> July 22, 2025. Maintain the records on-site for three years from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD).
