This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br /> accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest to the California <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed manifest copy is not <br /> received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: For observation 1, provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years, 10/29/22 through <br /> 10/29/25, for all hazardous waste. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> For observation 2, locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file for three <br /> years from the date of shipping.
