Oisconnected L8 sensor wire from T LG and L8 sensor out alarmed. Inspected a3nd tes led <br /> wiring and wiring checked well. Reconnected wiring and 1-8 sensor out cleared. Inspected annular sensor and all <br /> checked well but this is a reoccurring alarm. Returned sensor to lowest position and secured. <br /> All in service with no products dispensed Will order like for like sensor and return to install. Left paper work with <br /> clerk, <br /> 6120124 Performed Job Safety Analysis and uploaded J SA dorm to Walton Work Orders. <br /> T26124 L8 alarm. <br /> Retumed and replaced 87189 annular sensor 40794390-420 with#0194390-460 and tested well. Returned sensor to <br /> lowest position and secured. Left old sensor on site in sand tagged haz mat drum dated 011224 Quarter full.
