The drum is used to containerize <br /> emergency spills. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure its <br /> proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the hazardous waste drum into proper working order. Provide a corrective action <br /> statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Repeat(Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
